UsterkaTo is a free Podziel.pl network project that helps organise home-appliance fault symptoms before speaking to a technician.
Purpose
Reduce guessing, unnecessary resets and random part replacement while clearly stopping unsafe actions.
Privacy
Appliance cards, history, reports and dates are processed locally. No account is required.
Scope
The site provides user-level information and tools. It does not perform repairs or broker contracts with technicians.
Responsible use
If a manufacturer instruction is more restrictive than this site, follow the manufacturer. Stop troubleshooting whenever uncertain.
