How UsterkaTo produces results
Results use manually controlled symptom trees, not freely generated AI advice.
Processing order
1. Hazard stop
Smoke, sparks, electric shock, active leaks near power, suspected gas and cracked hob glass are checked first.
2. Appliance and symptom match
The tool selects a curated set of possible fault areas. It does not identify a certain part without measurements.
3. User-level checks
Only steps available without removing covers or contacting electricity, gas or refrigerant are shown.
4. Diagnostic boundary
Each scenario states when a qualified technician is needed.
Repair calculator
The 0–100 score falls with repair-to-replacement cost ratio, age and previous failures. Adjustments cover parts availability, energy use and possible warranty. It is a comparison model, not a longevity forecast.
Quality control
- each symptom has a separate set of causes and checks;
- error codes warn about model differences;
- content does not tell users to buy parts;
- updates should use manufacturer instructions and verified service practice;
- initial version review date: July 2026.
